Battlefield Land Surveys is proud to have worked with Shrewsbury Town professional football club to launch the first safe standing area at their stadium, Montgomery Waters Meadow. Following years of planning and tens of thousands of pounds being raised, more than 500 seats have been installed at one end of the stadium in Oteley Road, which allows a switch to a standing experience for the fans. Although it took two years to plan, once the installation started it only took a week to resolve. The topographical survey specialists at Battlefield Land Surveys were instrumental in this success story.
